ORDERING SYSTEM

All YEK London products are freshly prepared in batches to maintain the highest standard in quality. In order to deliver our products to all of our customers with the same level of standards we have set up an order collection system.

PREPARATION & DELIVERY

We are committed to delivering all orders received until 6:00 PM on Saturdays on the next Tuesday and/or Wednesday. In other words; we prepare all orders that came in by Saturday through out the weekend and ship them on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Therefore all orders placed after 6:00 PM on Saturday will be in line for shipment on the next Tuesday and Wednesday. So in summary what this all means is:

ORDER BEFORE SATURDAY TO GET BY TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY

We hope that you understand and apologise in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused due to order processing and late shipments that may occur during this troublesome time related to the COVID-19 outbreak.

ORDER TRACKING

Due to the nature of our products we can only deliver goods in special refrigerated trucks to preserve freshness and quality. At the moment we deliver goods using our own rental trucks and our own staff therefore we are not able to provide a tracking number or delivery time estimate. We are working on a solution to provide better delivery estimates and will update you as soon as we find a better solution. Thank you for your understanding.
